We kindly ask our guests for their approximate arrival time in order to collaborate with you in order to make the residence apartment available to you as soon as possible.

Early check in and late check-out is possible in case of availability of apartment for the extra price 30 EUR

• Electricity, gas, water, heating (according to Italian law it starts from October 22 until April 07)
• Final cleaning
• Bed linen, kitchen linen
• Unguarded private parking on the territory of the residence
• Tv in all apartments
• First supply towels
• Wi-Fi

• Area reserved for animals
• Library "Book crossing"
• At the beginning of accomodation: toiletries and toilet paper
• Hair dryier, microwave, iron, barbecue (ask reception)

For a fee

• Extra cleaning of the apartment from €20/hourly rate
• Washing machine 4 € for one token
• Dryer 3 €  for one token
• Change of towels  3 €  for person
• Change of linen 5  €  for person
• Extra bed 10 €  a day, on the request before arrival
• Child seat 3 € a day, on the request before arrival
• Babycot 5 €  a day, on the request before arrival
• Pet 5 € a day

At the end of the stay we ask our customers to leave the kitchen clean and to deposit the rubbish in the space provided.

The management is not responsible for any theft, damage or loss of goods and objects.
